my best friend introduced me to Pho a couple years ago. It's a Vietnamese noodle soup, and it's awesome. A new restaurant opened up near his work last week and he ate Pho for lunch 3 days in a row. I wrote this poem in appreciation of Pho.
Pho is good, Pho is great,
Pho doesn't fit well on a plate,
In a bowl is how we eat,
this delicious noodly Vietnamese treat!
p.s. If you've never had it..you should. I did not take this photo of pho.
